Leo

Leo has officially been home for 1 full week now and it has been equal parts fun and exhausting

He's grown a lot this week and he's learning a lot

He is almost always answering to his name and he is sleeping throughout the night

Parker and I set an alarm for 2AM and 6AM to take him out to potty, but besides that, he is knocked out for a good 8 hours

The only thing he is struggling with is his potty training

He never potty's in his kennel, but when we are playing around the house he has a bad habit of just relieving himself wherever, whenever

It's a good thing he looks so damn cute

Monday night was the first night we could properly give Leo a bath because of his microchip

He wasn't the biggest fan of bath time

Benny is still working on warming up to Leo, but when they do get along it just melts my heart

<3

Leo absolutely can not get enough of eating the leaves in the yard

I have no idea why this is and it drives me crazy

There is just no way that a dead leaf could possibly taste good

This is Leo on Monday (August 11, 2014) vs Thursday (August 14, 2014)

Look at the difference just three days makes!

He is the happiest little puppy!

I can't get over how adorable he is, especially when he is sleepy

Saturday was a backyard pool day for the pups!

Benny looks hilariously ridiculous after taking  a swim

There are only 2 weeks left until the start of college football and the first LSU game of the year!

Leo is ready!

Once the pups tuckered out Parker and I took the opportunity to pop open a cold beer, kick up our feet and enjoy the summer afternoon outside

Someone can't hang

After the backyard fun was over it was time to eat!

This week was my birthday, my step-dad's birthday and his dad's birthday
(August birthday's are the best!)

so we decided to celebrate by going out for a family meal and having cake and ice cream back at the house

Happy birthday!

After dinner we came back home to our puppies and enjoyed the gorgeous Saturday night sunset

Ah Zabenya! Nants ingonyama bagihi baba!

Where's Leo?

I love my family more than I can put into words

I am so extremely blessed to have 3 beautiful, healthy and happy men in my life
