Happy Friday!
Between Parker being out of town and the crazy cold/wet weather we have had, I am so very happy to say "good riddance" to this week.
I am also so very happy to have Parker safely back home from his work trip in Atlanta.
There may have been a 2+ hour airport delay, but he made it!
This week was also a big week for baby.
We had our full anatomy scan ultrasound done & to say I was anxious about it is putting it mildly.
I'm a very visual/auditory person, so to not be able to see or hear how baby is doing in there is scary. You can't know if something is going wrong until weeks later when you are able to do your next ultrasound.
I am very happy to report though that baby is perfectly healthy and developing right on track.
She was moving around the entire ultrasound and we were able to see all of her bones growing correctly and hear her strong heartbeat.
It truly doesn't get much better than that!
She even had her little feet crossed like a proper, little lady!
Work ends at 11 for me on Fridays, so a coworker and I went to eat at a new restaurant in town called The Velvet Cactus.
It was delicious and had such a cool atmosphere!
When Parker got home from work he surprised me with these gorgeous flowers!
He's the sweetest!
